Includes the toilet Pan; cistern with internals and soft close thin seat
Comes with all the cistern internals and fixings for the toilet seat included.
The cold feed comes in to the bottom left of the cistern as you look at it
Delivered in one box (needs 2 to lift it) but you still have to put it together
Lifetime guarantee on the ceramics and 1 year on the toilet seat
Quick if in the M25 but only a couple of days if outside
