The St James Collection of Taps, Shower Valves, Accessories and Heated Towel Rails are Made in England by Marflow Engineering in Birmingham.
The products are often put together bespoke for your order so are not always available next day. Once made they are sent to us by Marflow to us (unless we have it marked as STOCK in the product title) and then dispatched to you via DPD or by pallet delivery to UK mainland addresses.

Delivery time for these items is normally between 2 and 5 working days if the item is in stock with them.
We are a main online dealer and stockist with a displaying showroom in Wandsworth, London, UK.

Returns
You are welcome to return any items that you have ordered from us.
Once you have received the item(s) you have 14 days to inform us that you wish to return an item.
You then have 14 days from that date to send the item back to us.
If an item is returned outside of this time frame, please contact us before returning this, as the return may incur a restocking charge or the return may not be accepted.
Once we have received the item, this will be inspected by our warehouse and as long as the item and the packaging is in perfect condition as received, your credit will be issued.
This does not include special order items – these items cannot be returned or cancelled unless faulty. We will make you aware if an item on your order is a special order item prior to ordering the item.
