These are then ordered from Roper Rhodes to us (unless we have it marked as STOCK in the product title) and then dispatched to you via DPD or a pallet to UK mainland addresses.

Delivery time for these items is normally between 2 and 5 working days.

Returns
You are welcome to return any items that you have ordered from us.
Once you have received the item(s) you have 14 days to inform us that you wish to return an item.
You then have 14 days from that date to send the item back to us.
If an item is returned outside of this time frame, please contact us before returning this, as the return may incur a restocking charge or the return may not be accepted.
Once we have received the item, this will be inspected by our warehouse and as long as the item and the packaging is in perfect condition as received, your credit will be issued.
This does not include special order items – these items cannot be returned or cancelled unless faulty. We will make you aware if an item on your order is a special order item prior to ordering the item.
