These are ordered from Imex to us (unless we have it marked as STOCK in the product title) and then dispatched to you by pallet delivery to UK mainland addresses. Or you can arrange to collect from us.
Delivery time for these items is normally between 2 and 5 working days.
Baths
We can only deliver these products to local London post codes, which will be confirmed at checkout.
We cannot delivery Imex baths to any other postcodes, but you are welcome to arrange to collect from us.

Returns
You are welcome to return any items that you have ordered from us.
Once you have received the item(s) you have 14 days to inform us that you wish to return an item.
You then have 14 days from that date to send the item back to us.
If an item is returned outside of this time frame, please contact us before returning this, as the return may incur a restocking charge or the return may not be accepted.
Once we have received the item, this will be inspected by our warehouse and as long as the item and the packaging is in perfect condition as received, your credit will be issued.
This does not include special order items – these items cannot be returned or cancelled unless faulty. We will make you aware if an item on your order is a special order item prior to ordering the item.
