This head has 2 separate functions; normal and then a mist function
The mist function comes from the 4 nodes that are just below the rest of the head
Because this head has 2 functions it needs a 2 outlet shower valve to operate it
or a 3 outlet valve if you wanted to have a handset elsewhere in your shower
Guarantee = 10 years
Needs at least 1 bar pressure to operate
If ordered by 1pm Mon - Fri it will be delivered to you the next working day
Does not apply for the Scottish highland i am afraid where it is a 2 day service

Returns
You are welcome to return any items that you have ordered from us.
Once you have received the item(s) you have 14 days to inform us that you wish to return an item.
You then have 14 days from that date to send the item back to us.
If an item is returned outside of this time frame, please contact us before returning this, as the return may incur a restocking charge or the return may not be accepted.
Once we have received the item, this will be inspected by our warehouse and as long as the item and the packaging is in perfect condition as received, your credit will be issued.
