Shower arms are what shower heads are attached to and can either come out of your wall or your ceiling, they are generic so will fit nearly every shower head. The trick is getting the right length of arm, If coming out from the wall it should reach halfway into your shower tray. If from the ceiling we would say it should be quite short so you get the maximum waterfall style effect from the water cascading down.
